There is a leader in each of us. But the great leader learns to draw from within themselves the art, the craft and the power to lead. This gets better as they invest time and resources in growing their own leadership skill.
The leadership trainer teaches the skill to lead. While the coach who might be the sounding board, points the leader back to themselves, prompting them to draw from the resources that are already within them; and if nothing else, to recognize that the resources to lead effectively are already there.
At Audacious we trigger the discovery of great leadership as an art and a craft, and as a matter of the heart and the head. This is an intensely reflective, twelve-week, online program. At the end of the program, you will have learned the art and the heart of confident leadership. You will become aware of the innate power to lead that is within you, and will draw from that power to grow your business, your people and your career.

Both business scale and business scope are long-term ventures that create increasing complexity in a business that requires a multiplicity of skills to carry through. This is a sixteen week intense program that is wholly conducted virtually and in-person. The program is highly interactive. Participants are required to attend all twelve virtual sessions, the four in-person sessions, and write course papers that are highly reflective, enabling them to tap into their leadership core.
They will be expected to purchase and read all items on their reading list and submit their written thoughts on the literature they have read.
